IV. How to Use VINNATE® SA-3500

Recommended Dosage: 1.0% to 4.0% based on total dry-mix weight. Exact dosage should be optimized through laboratory trial formulations based on performance requirements.

Standard Operational Process

Dosing: Weigh aggregates (sand), cementitious materials (cement), VINNATE® SA-3500, and functional additives (VAMCELL® cellulose ethers, DEMACSA® superplasticizers, etc.) according to your formulation and charge them into the mixer.

Dry Mixing: Thoroughly dry-blend the materials until uniform.

Wet Mixing: Add clean water according to the specified water-to-binder ratio, then mechanically mix until a lump-free, homogeneous slurry is achieved.
